NBC’s highly anticipated superhero drama Heroes Reborn will have game tie-ins on both consoles and mobile devices.

[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]here are two video games in development called Heroes Reborn: Gemini and Heroes Reborn: Enigma that will tie into NBC’s Heroes Reborn. Heroes Reborn: Gemini is set to be released on Xbox One and Playstation 4 and Heroes Reborn: Enigma will be available for iOS and Android. Both games are being developed by Phosphor Games which has had experience with tie-in games for movies like Man of Steel and World War Z.
Heroes Reborn: Gemini is a console game that follows Cassandra, a brand new character that will be introduced in Heroes Reborn. Cassandra has special powers that allow her to control time and use telekinesis. Using these abilities Cassandra must overcome her enemies while solving puzzles.
Heroes Reborn: Enigma focuses on Cassandra’s fourteen year old sister Dahlia. Dahlia is trapped inside a secret government facility known as The Quarry. No further details have been released but you can assume that Dahlia is trying to escape the facility and find her older sister Cassandra.
Heroes Reborn will pick up where Heroes ended back in 2006 and will follow the core of Heroes‘ first season, people begin realizing that they have special powers that have just been awakened. This element will coincide with a horrible terrorist attack that takes place in Texas. The United States government blames the attack on super-humans and because of this many super-humans are exiled and forced to live in hiding. The show revolves around a small group of characters, some working to uncover the truth of the attack, others seeking revenge for their loved ones that died in the attack.
Heroes Reborn will air on NBC come September 24th this fall.
