Milla Jovovich prepares to star in Resident Evil 6!
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]t’s been a while, but there will be another Resident Evil movie coming out and it will be the last one! The sixth movie is titled Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and Milla Jovovich couldn’t be happier. In fact, she landed in South Africa to start production on the movie! Jovovich posted this picture on Instagram to tell all Resident Evil fans that production has started for the series finale and zombie-killing season is open! It shows Jovovich getting a mold taken of her face for the movie for her role as Alice.
Resident Evil: The Final Chapter was supposed to be released in theaters in September 2014, but right before production started, Jovovich’s pregnancy delayed everything and the project was delayed until Jovovich could come back. Even before her pregnancy, script-writing for the movie took longer than expected to complete. With both of those out-of-the-way, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is set to be released in September 2016. No plot line has been revealed about the movie, so only the ending of Resident Evil: Retribution gives fans an idea of what’s to be expected in Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.
