“The Galaxywide Premiere of Star Wars Battlefront II” is happening this April!
[dropcap size=small]E[/dropcap]lectronic Arts have officially confirmed Battlefront II is happening, and, what’s more, the very first trailer is set to land this April during the Star Wars Celebration event taking place in Orlando, Florida.
The news came thanks to a post on EA’s official website (via IGN), where it has been revealed that our first proper look at the game will be debuted April 15 at 2:30 PM (ET)/11:30 AM(PT)/7:30PM (UK).
And if you’re an eager fan who can’t make it to the actual event yourself, have no fear, because you can tune into Star Wars Celebration online and see the trailer as its aired during “The Galaxywide Premiere of Star Wars Battlefront II’s” panel:

We’d been hearing a lot of rumblings about a Battlefront sequel last year, so it’s nice to have it officially confirmed once and for all. Plus, it’s always exciting to know a shiny new trailer lies in wait for us feast our eyes on.
Now we just have to cross our fingers and hope the trailer will give us an official release date!
